“Marred by the need to chase for return of my deposit.”
I’m still waiting for my security deposit to be returned and it’s almost one month since I stayed. I left my room in totally normal condition, nothing damaged or removed. It was clean and in order when I left. I’ll consider a more favourable review when my money is returned as per the contract.

“I'll answer this like my son sometime answer me by saying "it was ok" for our needs.”
Staff was welcoming and nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The overall facility and room was clean and the number of towels was adequate for our group. We understand the hotel is undergoing some changes (installation of Comcast, small fridge not integrated in the counter)... that was OK. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was interesting but disappointing... watered down taste.

“Not again”
Room had no cable or tv, light bulbs out. Went to the next room because of issues went to next room several lights not working. Just little issue after another and for 3 days at 160 per night and half the staff at the desk had terrible english. Outside you have people just hanging in the parking lot. Transients live there and just issue after issue.

The Hotel was in the middle of putting new furniture into rooms. At the end of the day there were small peices of Styrofoam packing material in the halls until the next day. I think All showers/tubs should have grab rails. Older people may not be disabled but sometimes need help with their balance.
