Quiet neighborhood, extremely clean inside, easy driveway parking. Host is an auntie who is basically an angel in disguise. Have never felt so accommodated and cared for in a private house or Airbnb.

They were very pleasant hosts and Courteous to all of our needs. We had our own privacy, and the location was excellent. The place was clean and Tidy. Overall I didn't have any complaints. When you need somewhere to stay in Richmond Hill, this is a cozy place to be.

We were arriving late (and specified the time we would arrive) and the host instructed us to text an hour in advance. We followed their instructions but heard nothing back. We texted and called upon arrival and again, heard nothing. We ended up having to scramble for a new place last minute. Moreover, the following day the host was extremely rude and unaccommodating. There are plenty of other great housing options in Richmond Hill; this was a terrible option and I do not recommend booking with this host.

“Very bad experience,”
I Had a very bad experience, there were many noises throughout the night. Because of that, I didn't get a good sleeping experience. The bed had 3 different noises ( the mattress, the wood, and the metal pieces ) there was also another noise that would be making noise during the whole night at almost every 30 minutes ( coming from the closet or somewhere around it). The host didn't speak one word of English so I couldn't really discuss anything with her.
