I requested a room far from the elevator but got a room next to the elevator. They said they never got the request from booking.com. They were not able to change my room when it was convenient for me.

“My 3 day stay was very comfortable and staff was attentive to my needs.”
I liked that staff accomodated me with the 2nd floor room..eventhough they did not have any available and I did not mention my room specification that I wanted above ground upper level with balcony at time of booking. They went above and beyond to accomodate my needs.

The breakfast at the affiliated hotel was very good. Also, having access to Starbucks for morning coffee is a bonus.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very good. Special thanks to Aafarin at the reception—she was very friendly, professional, and helpful during check-in. Her excellent service made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
