“A gem away from the city”

A very clean and comfortable private home in a very attractive neighbourhood of Vancouver. It may be far from the city centre but there is much to see of historic interest relating to the former fishing village. There's a number of good eating places down near the waterfront about a 15 minute walk away.

The owners of the property were very friendly and welcoming. They made feel right at home and were very helpful with good advice about places to see at Steveston. Although it is not in downtown Vancouver it is relatively easy to get into the city and is close to the airport. Steveston is a historic fishing village with many nice walks, historic places to see and restaurants.

Yuki and David are lovely people, super welcoming and friendly! Their home is beautiful and has a very calming atmosphere, a perfect place to relax or use as a home base during travel. The breakfast is really nice. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, impeccably clean and super cozy. Everything was just perfect for me, I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Hosted home stay at a modern, high-tech house. Queen bed, nice and supportive and private bathroom. Breakfast simple but with plenty of variety - help yourself. Nespresso machine was a blessing as I don’t like instant or drip coffee. The property was easy to access from the airport via the Canada line skytrain and number 402 bus from Richmond - Brighouse stop. Not much walking at all. The local area of Steveston has much to look at - historical fishing museum along the docks. Great walking trails around this district.

A great location, a 20 minute walk into the pretty, small town, quaint coffee shops, restaurants and bars, great waterfront area. Vancouver a short bus/ train ride away. Hosts were wonderful

“Great spot - fab location.”

Great location. we'd been travelling almost 24 hours and were exhausted. and we need to catch a ferry the next morning. Davids' place isn't far from the airport, and also just a short drive to the ferry terminal. (also its very close to fisherman's wharf - awesome chowder!.). The host is also very thoughtful - breakfast was excellent.

“Enjoy your your stay in Steveston”

Lovely hostess and host! Really helpful all way long. Accommodation was very clean and bathroom offered a little bit of luxury too. Steveston was an interesting village with a history, yet a bit far from Vancouver if that is your main reason to be in the area. Public transport (local bus+sky train) was both affordable and easy to use.

“Great stay, beautiful B&B, lovely hosts”

Spent a few nights at the beautiful Steveston Village Bed and Breakfast. Our hosts were lovely and had breakfast on the table for us each day. I really enjoyed using the Nescafe coffee machine each morning. Our room and bathroom was clean, tidy and looked newly renovated. Our bathroom had toiletries, towels and all things needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a beautiful historical area nearby with excellent gelato (Sweet Surrender Gelato)! I would recommend this B&B to any of my friends/ family!

“Comfortable and clean”

The owners are super friendly and close. We arrived very late from the airport and they waited for us to check in with no problem. The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is super modern. We had everything we need.
