May is super nice & the whole experience was easy. We arrived in late at 12.30am she had the room ready & checked on us prior to arriving about needing anything. The room is super clean with a good shower/bathroom. Also has a washing machine/dryer in case you need to get some done while here. Would stay again next time we are in Vancouver as it’s also close to the airport.
