“VERY DISSATISFIED, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL”
THER WAS VERY LITTLE SERVICE FROM THE STAFF. THE PROPERTY IS VERY RUN DOWN WITH NO FACILITYS. OUR ROOM WASN'T READY SO WE WERE DOWN GRADED WITH ABSOLUTLEY NO COMPENSATION IN A ROOM THAT WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL, IN FACT IT WAS DISSCUSTING

I’m still waiting for the receipt of my accommodation (I was travelling for my job). I lost my flight and also my hotel room, but I had already paid my reservation. I have repeatedly called for an electronic receipt, without any response. My Company didn't reimburse me.

“Fraudsters, they charged more than double on my card”
I have been charged double the money I should pay, on my card I have one transaction of 1394$ one transaction of 700$ and two transactions of 81$ and my payment on booking was only of 700, I thought it was a security deposit that will reverse at some point, but it's almost a month and no money reversed. really impacted my full journey.
