This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I did not want to leave this review but it’s now necessary. I actually loved my stay overall so it’s a shame. Please see my previous review. It’s now been a week since I checked out and I still don’t have my deposit back. When I contact the property I get told it’s coming and there is nothing they can do. During my stay I had an incident by the pool. A man decided to masturbate in front of me. I reported it to reception and management dealt with it quickly. The man, who was a guest, was removed from the hotel. Why wasn’t the police called? Which is what I requested. I guess they didn’t want to make a scene in front of other guests. I let it go as the man was gone. It’s disappointing that I loved my stay but now have to experience the lack of customer service.

The hotel was clean and comfortable over all. The room was great. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space and it has everything you need. The facilities were great, especially the pool area, which was kept very clean. The staff were all amazing and super friendly. I had an incident during my stay which was resolved quickly by management and staff. It made me feel comfortable. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Dallas.

The hotel location was excellent, it was located near major streets and highway making access easy, yet secluded from noise. The accomadations were very nice and staff very polite. the registration area and casual area were very accomadating. The room was very clean, linens fresh and extremely comfortable. The property appeared to be very well maintained. It was an extremely good value, I booked same day and was happy to get a room here.

My stay was due to a six-day power outage, and I had to bring my dog. She had not been in a hotel before, and was not sure how she would do. All of the front desk staff were very helpful - sometimes holding her leash for a few minutes so I could grab coffee.
