Overview
Family hotel situated in the centre of Ribes de Fresser, near to the Renfe train station and the mountain rail line of Vall de Nuria. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with bath or shower, some of them have balconies. Shared areas include a bar, TV and reading rooms, and a living room with table games. Excellent traditional Catalan cuisine is also offered. Guests also have the chance to take advantage of complementary services at the hotel Catalunya Park, situated 150 metres away, with swimming pool, gardens and recreational zones for children. Ribes is a door to the Pyrenees and offers a great opportunity to enjoy mountain sports and nature itself, sample fabulous cuisine and especially, do some skiing in the mountains during the winter season, at the ski stations at Vall de Núria and La Molina.

“Comfortable, great cost/benefit ratio.”
Great location and quality for the amount paid. 10 minute walk away from the Cremallera Train station to reach the Vall de Nuria Sanctuary.

“Traditional friendly family run hotel.”
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was founded in 1920 and it is now the fourth generation working there. Our room was recently redecorated with modern decor and good ideas for use of space.

New feel hotel, excellent decor on nayure theme, bed v comforrable and hotel quier apart from early morning teain but that aas a useful wake up call. Breakfast not a buffet but plenty provided to individual request. An earlier start than 8am would have been useful.

“Terrific all round”
The hotel was simple, comfortable and perfectly clean. It was excellent value and the breakfast and dinner we booked were home cooked and tasty. The staff were very friendly and there was a great family feel . Altogether we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area.
