The breakfast buffet is excellent ! And during week ends there is a nice piano being played. The staff is very polite. Location is excellent - easy access to all places.

“Quality family time with my son”
Excellent location, close to all amenities. We stayed on the 21st floor and had an amazing view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. They allowed me to have a late checkout (12pm)

“Bad Service”
Parking was a huge problem, as the Valet took cash payment from us, but did not record it on their system. The next day when we went to fetch our vehicle, they wanted us to pay again. The lady at the Reception desk was very unhelpful and refused to call the lady that was on duty the night before, when we checked in.

“Quality family time with my son”

The pre check-in does not help at all. I had to wait and give documents at the front desk, even though I have already done everything online. I lost twice as much time.
