Woman at reception was exceptionally nice. Really helpful, efficient and pleasant. You can't overestimate how much staff like this make you feel at home. It makes all the difference.

Great location high up above the town - and we enjoyed the walk recommended by the staff, further up to the small church. Our room and bathroom were basic, but very clean. The shower, as others commented, was tiny, but nice hot water!

Beautiful view. A few stairs to get down to town (nothing too bad) but it was really close by and easy to walk around. We came into town walking the Camino and loved all being in the same room and a nice hot shower. Price was right for us. Wifi signal struggled a little on the top floor but covered all of our needs.

Very good value.The room was very clean, the single beds were comfortable, the shower very good but small and the view from the bedroom window was lovely. The bedroom itself was not at all scruffy. This is really a backpackers, pilgrims and young persons hostel but was fine for two oldies used to travelling and grew on us. The receptionist was cheerful.

Not sure about the cleanliness of the sheets and I didn’t like seeing the receptionist with his feet up on his desk (quickly removed when he saw me)

“Overnight stay”
The hotel is in a convenient location by the sea, however there are steep steps up to the hotel or a slope to walk up if you use the parking bays on the road. You can drive a vehicle up to the hotel if you have nerves of steel and like driving up steep slopes with no passing bays. Also you need to make a parking reservation with the hotel. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

A bright, clean room with amazing view. Friendly, helpful receptionist advised us on things to see and do. Being able to have breakfast in the hotel (at extra cost) saved us time and trouble.
