A lot of Bed bugs . Don't stay this accommodation

“Ruined experience”
We booked a private room for 2 nights but had a very bad experience. On the first night, the bed was infested with bed bugs — we were bitten and couldn’t sleep. We even killed two and took photos as proof. We tried to contact the owner through the app and by SMS, but got no reply until the next day around 13:30. Communication was very difficult because he didn’t speak English. When we finally met him, he changed our room, but it was without a private bathroom (even though we paid for one). He gave us €5 back for the price difference, but no real compensation for the ruined first night. The second room was fine, but overall this was a very unpleasant stay. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and it felt like business and money were more important than guests’ comfort and health. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

“Welcoming, lovely place to stay”
peaceful outlook in a busy place and lovely to have a room to sit and relax in. The owner did not expect us to have bikes and very willingly made provision for us to store them on the landing.
