We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo House. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. The rooms, while compact, are extremely cozy and well maintained. A great advantage of this property is the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxation. Guests also have access to a karaoke room, adding an enjoyable option for evening entertainment. The on-site café serves delicious food, and the bar offers a pleasant atmosphere. Another big plus is that parking is available right next to the rooms, which was very convenient. The location is also excellent, with a beautiful lake and several supermarkets within walking distance. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would be happy to return.

Good breakfast, nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff, and we had also the dinner in the restaurant. The place is ideal if you travel with kids. My son had a lot of fun. Lots of activities in 30 min drive from the location and at evening he played in the very generous garden.

Owner and staff are brilliant, friendly accommodating, helpful with advice on things to see that are not the usual tourist attractions 👍👍 Dog friendly 👌 The motel is easy to get to by car with plenty of parking, the rooms are spot on size wise, clean, Aircon/shutters and with everything you need. The restaurant is relaxed with good food.. Nice pool area, also play area for children, tennis court. Perfect for relaxing. Will be returning

Excellent location, lovely facilities and a grassy garden for children to play in (zip line, swings, tennis court, swimming pool, slides, badminton/volleyball net). They had plant-based milk so that was a big plus for our morning coffees and cereal. There’s a nice pizzeria nearby (within walking distance).

“Lovely family run motel, close to tourist attractions”

Although of first glance you may feel this is a road side motel in the middle of industrial/retail parks, it is actually a very good place, located between 10-20 minutes drive away from stunning lakeside and mountain attractions. Value for money, very clean and safe. But to top it, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a family run business, and they treat you like family. My wife and I travelled with our 3 year old son, and there was good food (we had breakfast and dinners there), playground for kids, lovely swimming pool (incl. toddler pool) and tennis courts. Good little walk to the waterfall and vineyards which are towards the rear of the property. All in all, a value for money, clean, safe and great place for a short stay.
