- Very friendly and helpful host. - Very good price-quality relationship. - Apartment is very well equipped with good beds. - Use of the outside swimming pool (only not heated). - Furbished south-facing terrace in front of the apartment. - Screens for the windows at the front side of the apartment. - Use of the covered parking lot. - Relatively close to the German Harz region. - Very quit environment.

“Great apartment, very nice area for hikes”
We really enjoyed the place and all it has to offer. The surroundings are equally nice with plenty of hiking trails possible from the property or in the Harz mountain. The apartment is exactly as advertised, very clean and well equipped. We could also enjoy the pool or the terrace on warmer days. The hosts are very nice and available if required. We definitely recommend it.
