Fantastic location – very central. The apartment was very easy to find, and both check-in and check-out worked smoothly. The apartment is small, but modern, nice, and cozy. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook meals. I would definitely recommend it.

Loved the size of the apartment and the overall furnishings (modern/sleek). They provided everything we could have possibly needed, essential cooking utensils and cookware which made it feel like home, particularly needed over the Christmas period. They even had a washing machine which was unused but great to know it was there should we have needed it. TV was great, massive screen and provided all the streaming services, along with some English channels. I must comment on how quiet the overall stay was (perfect for some good sleep). Also, great location, super close to the centre 2/3 mins away which made everything easier. Convenient stores were close and supermarkets too!

The location was very good, close to the centre and the harbour. It was very clean & had all the facilities we needed. The beds were really comfy and it was warm.

The location is great, the apartment is a good size with plenty of usable space when travelling out of a suitcase. The bathroom is a good size, once again with a usable counter top! The kitchen is perfect for making yourself breakfast or a meal to save on the expensive food in Reykjavik.

Perfect location, clean, very comfortable bed, everything you need, quiet but close to the square and everything was within a 10 min walk Check in was easy, seamless, everything worked well.

The apartment is located at downtown what makes it easy to get into the nice pubs of Reykjavik. Everything in the apartment is well maintained and provides comfort and a good stay. I recommend.

“Small tidy apartment in central Reykjavik”

This (the one-bed small apartment) is a relatively budget (for Iceland) offer in an excellent location - a short walk from the center, yet in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The location/price ratio is likely the best you'll find in Reykjavik. The apartment is small, but has everything one needs to get a good night's sleep in full privacy and prepare a basic meal, and a fully functional bathroom, all for the price of a shared bathroom hostel. Excellent communication from the host with clear instructions for retrieving the key sent well in advance (I hate it when they send you the code only a few hours before you arrive, and here it came a week in advance!).

Lovely apartment in a great spot. Comfortable and has everything you need. Good communication re: access and they let us know when cleaning was done, so we could check in early. JFYI - there are 2 flights of stairs to get up with luggage. Close to harbour area, and easy access to buses (bus stop 4) to then link to the bus station for tours etc and also hop-on-hop-off buses. Easy walk to restaurants, museums and sights and shops. Great communication from the owner.

“Very relaxing stay in Reykjavik”

Great location, close to the harbour and ~20minutes walking to the Hallgrims church. A small supermarket is just around the corner and larger ones are within 10 minures walking. Tour bus stops close by are #4 and #15. There are also many good restaurants in walking distance. Heating, shower and beds were impeccable, linens were very comfy. Cooking utensils were there, dishwasher, toaster, water cooker, refridgerator all in top condition. At one clear night, I could also see northern lights right at the harbour, 2 minutes wakling distance from the apartment. But naturally, due to the many streetlights, the aurora was by far not so intense compared to the ones you may see away from the city lights (if you are lucky). Overall, a 100% recommendation

“Disappointing”

It was too noisy, not able to sleep almost three nights. Also they had given very less kitchen cutleries, requested for sauscpen but they are not able to arrange it.

Location was close to the city centre. Apartment was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Property would be more suited to a couple, rather than a family.

Location, fresh, clean and bright. Our room was located at the ground floor, which is bonus, since you do not need to carry your heavy luggage using stairs. However, other rooms were located on first and second floor. Assuming that it will not be very comfortable if you have a lot of luggage with you.
