The aspect I appreciated the most about the apartment was its location and its size, which made it very comfortable for a group of three people.

It is an office that has been turned into an apartment - but it’s still obviously an office. Horrible. It was so noisy. Huge windows onto the street with no double glazing - such a bad night sleep with all the party noise and then early morning street sweepers. It was so light - on top of not fully fitted blackout blinds there are multiple huge fire escape signs which light up the whole room. The water was disgusting - absolutely stank of sulphur and tasted revolting. Everywhere else we’ve stayed in Iceland has bad the most delicious amazing water right from the tap (or ground) - this was undrinkable, even when boiled to make tea. And you couldn’t shower in it as it made the entire apartment absolutely stink.

Magnificent customer service by text and fast, reliable and beautiful rooms, in the middle of Reykjavík’s heart, by rainbow street and many shops, restaurants, bars, and a Bonus!

The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to virtually everything and many bars, restaurants . Perfect walking location for coach pickup points when going on excursions. Two large windows look out onto the street which is a nice chill out zone at the end of a long day. Main supermarket not far to walk and a more expensive local one next door. Sea literally touching distance. The apartment is fairly spacious. Kitchen equipment was as needed.There are sufficient beds to cater for a group although only two of us so would have preferred two double beds. However the single was very comfortable. One of the bedrooms was “ compact “ with very dubious blinds for privacy and had a lot of street noise from the bars, although to be expected based on proximity to them . Ear buds have been provided. Powerful hairdryer 👌🏻 Cleaner hadn’t finished when we arrived so a few places had been left but nothing major. Some parts need a bit of tlc / updating but guess reflected in the price. Good communication when we had an issue closing a window. Loved our trip to Iceland and would recommend.

The apartment was big, spacious and well equipped. The sofa area was comfy. The kitchen had the basics for cooking. The bed was big. The office was very helpful and answered quickly over WhatsApp even on Sundays. Check in and check out was very easy and they send a lot of information about the area and the apartment before arrival.

The best location! Right in the heart of Reykjavik. Clean and easy to check in.

The apartment was quite nice, with a really good view over Reykjavik. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing that couldn’t be tolerated. Many people complain about noise from the bar below. We could hear it as well, but after around 10 or 11 p.m., it became quiet, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. So, overall 8,5/10.

We stayed in this apartment for seven nights and had an excellent experience overall. Communication and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. The apartment itself was clean, and comfortable enough. Also have the basic appliances we need. And there was a massive hot tub! The beds were so comfortable, We had six wonderfully peaceful nights of sleep. The only exception was Friday night, when loud music from downstairs a live music venue carried on into the early morning. But honestly, the Icelandic people were so friendly, kind, punctual, and orderly throughout our stay that it felt easy to forgive one lively night of the week. After all, we chose to stay right in downtown Reykjavík, fully aware that the area is vibrant and full of energy — and the convenience of having everything on our doorstep made up for it.

Amazing view, the perfect location very central. Easy to figure out self check in etc. The earplugs for the bar music were really thoughtful!
