The apartment is spacious with balconies which we even saw northern lights at night. It is a cozy and beautiful place. Kitchenware are thorough and clean to use. Beds are comfortable. Also very close to the main street, church, and supermarket in the city, Harpa and the sun voyager are in walk distance as well. Bus stop 14 is just nearby at the corner. The free parking in garage is absolutely important and good for those who also plans to rent a car. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

“Very convenient, close to the center, and a helpful host”

The property is spacious enough for three people, spread over two floors: the first floor includes the dining and living areas, while the second floor has the two bedrooms. If you have difficulty with stairs, this property may not be suitable, as the bedrooms are upstairs. We had to leave our large luggage downstairs and only bring essentials upstairs. While the size of the property is impressive, we did notice that cleanliness in some areas could be improved. Additionally, the water had a slight odor, which we believe may be sulfur odor from the volcanic region. The apartment itself is a bit dated but still comfortable. There is free parking available inside the building, and the view from the room overlooking the ocean is pleasant. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the property staff was quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful.

Great location,short walk to shops,restaurant’s. Large parking spot in garage was great. Large cosy apartment,which was well heated for our stay,lovely coming back to a warm apartment after being out all day.

The space of the apartment was fantastic. We loved how close we were to rainbow road and the shops. The playground on site was also perfect for our daughter.

Easy to follow video that showed exactly how to get into the building and where to park. The penthouse was perfectly sized, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended stay.

Great location, close to shops/restaurants. Apartment very spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for our group. Notes available, suggesting reasonable priced supermarkets, chemist near by etc, very handy when new to the area.

Great location - and quiet, too! Spacious and clean apartment. A video explained clearly how to get the key and enter the apartment. There was a space available for the car in the car park of the apartment block. The owner left comprehensive information regarding the area and also emergency phone numbers, including their private numbers.
