“Wonderful staff, parking available, good location”
the staff was wonderful! the girl at the front desk was especially nice and very friendly. The room was clean, the only problem we had was with the door because it sometimes opened, we told that to the front desk and they sorted it out. Breakfast was good and we appreciated the free coffee and hot chocolate that was available all the time. Plenty of parking options too!

“Comfortable stay”
Plenty of free parking and easy to find hotel. Good walk to all attractions. Free coffee/tea 24/7 and great breakfast. A free self serve washer and dryer also available.

“The best accommodation in Reykjavik”
We had the junior suite, so fantastic to have room ...very comfortable and classy The hotel had a free laundry which was perfect and easy to.use, free coffee and hot choc machine was a lovely touch Breakfast were very good great range of food. Staff were super helpful in knowing transportation and directions to areas of the city.

“We were overall disappointed by our stay. The rooms are sickly designed, compromising comfort.”
We liked the free parking outside, the possibility to enter the hotel outside reception hours using a code, the kindness of a few staff members. The breakfast was overall ok.

“Great small getaway stay! Would stay again”
The hotel is well located, but still a bit more quiet than the center. We have received a nice suprise in the room on arrival and received a free upgrade to a Deluxe room - it was very kind and we felt welcomed interacting with staff. The room was clean and well equipped. I want to point out the hotel has good sound proofing from both the corridor and the outside, it’s a big plus for Reykjavik. Good quality cosmetics under the shower. We loved also the in house laundry services that you can use for free and the laundry room is clean and pleasant to use. Complimentary breakfast was good too!
