“Great location, great stay”
Location was great, very central, and good (free) street (bay) parking nearby. Nothing fancy, but a clean, comfortable, and a great base to explore from. Decent value for money - for Iceland standards!

“Great hotel, fab staff and good location”
Staff was friendly and very helpful giving advice on busses etc also booked airport transfer for me with hotel pickup. Also, on our last day (very early flight) hotel provided a light breakfast by opening breakfast room hours earlier for us (& other guests). Rooms lovely and warm. Beds super comfy so got a great sleep. Rooms must be soundproofed as hardly heard any noise. Hotel is classed as a main pickup point for day activities making activities very convenient, door-to-door

We had no hot water and the staff member was not helpful at all and tried to make out that we did not turn the tap hard enough! Also she had the audacity to why we didn't shower last night, my answer to that was we showered at the Blue Lagoon. No effort was made to actually check or remedy the situation.

Clean and comfortable. Sound proofing wall. Spacious room and shower room. Good quality furniture. We had a balcony which could be a bonus if the weather was good. A stop for most of the tours pick up and drop off point.
