Tv with personalised guest welcome, bedroom facilities, bathroom amenities, reception staff catering to my requests, the gym, the breakfast and the commute from hotel to anywhere else was excellent. The view was great too!

We normally face the sea / us embassey, which is a nicer view than the rear but apart from that, highly recommend this hotel and this us our 3rd or 4th visit to it

“Nice place to stay in Reykjavik”

Comfortable spacious room, good water pressure in the shower, housekeeping every day. It's right next to a supermarket which is convenient. It's a bit of a walk from the town centre but not too deep.

The bathroom smelt very bad of raw sewage. We had to ask for creamer as none in room. Rooms to hot

Restaurant and breakfast are very good.

9th floor spacious rooms and executive lounge (coffe, tea, fruits, soft drinks) on 8th included. Various breakfast. infortunately. .

It’s overrated for the facilities that they offer. They charged warranty 20.000kr when we arrived 14 February and it’s still today 22 February not released. The hotel needs renovation looks old, the jacuzzi is extra charge, I asked some days before for a birthday cake (with extra charge of course) and they couldn’t provide only some deserts. I bought a cake from a bakery and just called to bring two spoons to the room and they told us to go to the bar and if we want them to deliver to the room it’s also extra charge for two spoons!

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too difficult or inconvenient. Includes all staff at the front desk, dining room and room cleaning and maintenance. The room was always kept clean and tidy. Fresh towels daily. The breakfasts were impressive. Such a wide range of freshly prepared food. Tables were continually cleaned and serviced. The Hilton is considered one of the establishments that tour operators will drive to to collect and drop off their clients which is a big advantage during the winter months
