The location, the staff were fantastic and the spa was lovely after a cold day of exploring. The breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel I've stayed in.

“Relaxing, peaceful and nourishing”

Looked exactly like the photo's everything was great quality. Rooms were comfortable and every single staff member was a helpful, polite and warm. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice! Worth every penny and saved us money too. Would highly recommend as food is expensive in reykjavik didn't see any breakfast places locally.

“Grandi was grand to stay at”

Lovely hotel located in more affordable parking zone and only a few blocks from the centre with lots to do along the harbour and on way to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful at front desk.

In the morning the fire alarm went on and stayed on for some time and then it went of, but no notification was announced that thish was a false alarm.

Gorgeous modern hotel, with fabulous ambience and spotlessly clean. The lobby cat was an absolute delight and one of the highlights. The breakfast selection was great and the spa was fabulous. We loved everything.

The breakfast buffet was well-stocked continuously, with plenty of options for the mix of nationalities staying in the hotel.

Great location, onsite spa tubs and sauna. Helpful staff. Laid on a free coffee and pastry breakfast for early leavers but we had the hotel breakfast which was good but a little pricey

Everything. From very quiet rooms to friendly staff. Also the bakery inside the hotel was handy. Short walk from temporary bus stop 17.

The hotel staff were very professional, and I am extremely satisfied with the service regarding my reservation. My fiancée was incredibly lucky to spend her birthday in such a wonderful place. The spa and wellness area were very clean and pleasant. Special thanks to Emma for her help with organizing the room, and to Kamil for the excellent drinks at the bar.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a truly unique atmosphere from the very first moment we walked in. The interiors were warm, cosy, highly aesthetic and refined in every detail. The atmosphere was simply out of this world! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and very helpful. The spa area was the perfect place to relax after long trips exploring the beauty of Iceland and the capital city itself. Our room was exceptional. We did not expect to receive a room with such a beautiful view, and on top of that, it was decorated with great taste and a wonderful sense of Scandinavian style. We were delighted with our entire stay. The food was delicious - there was absolutely nothing we did not enjoy. Warm greetings and hugs to the whole hotel team! “Great stay in Reykjavik.”

We like the design. The room was clean and got everything we needed. The spa space was really nice. The cafe downstairs is worth trying. The hotel cat, Mango, is very cute.
