This is a cozy and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

Good location, very close to the town centre and shops, quiet neighborhood. Free parking in front of (behind 😀) the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can find everything that you need: different sized plates, glasses, coffee cups, spoons, knives, forks, dishwasher, dishwashing detergent, dish sponge, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, ironing machine etc. The whole apartment is tastefully furnished (IKEA design). The welcome capsule coffee was a lifesaver on the first morning ☕️. The washing/drying machine is very useful if you do not want to bring 100 kg warm clothes with you. Liquid soap and shower gel is prepared. The internet is free, fast and stable. There is no personal contact with the staff. We got the code for the entrance 2 days before arrival, so while arriving, we did not have to look for/wait for anybody, it was very comfortable for us. The communication with the owner far exceeded my expectations: if I sent them a message, I received a response every time within 2 minutes. If we travel to Reykjavik next time, 100% we will book in this apartment!

Location close to downtown with car park is a great plus. Good facilities for cooking and good size apartment for four with double bed and a sofa bed is perfect. The sofa bed is soft but good enough for kids.

Great Appartement, near the City and Sightseeings, near the busses. The owners are wonderfull helpfull and give good guidance. Everything was perfekt

“If you don’t want to sleep perfect place”

Loud echoes badly. People upstairs awake most of night constantly going no out for cigarettes till 5 am slamming the downstairs door. Noise after hours that clearly says stop at 11 my husband had to shout to tell people to be quiet at 1:30. Dough around the edges in apartment . Asked for more loo roll and towels but never anything in basement . I will never stay here again . Ruined my 9 days in Iceland over Xmas if I m honest .

Great Location. Close to bus stops 13 and 12. Property has a good sized bed and sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 4. Kitchen has got everything. Cutlery, Spices, Coffee Machine and Pods. It helped us cook meals just like home. We felt the property is very well maintained and the owners truly thought of what guests really want.

Nice and confortable, essencial, according to the expectation.,what we liked more was basic for cooking in the kitchen (salt oil, coffee etc). Soaps in the bathroom.
