“Comfortable stay in the centre of Reykjavik.”

Location location location. Roughly 10/15 minutes walk to the Main Street. Lounge area is very comfortable with a smart TV. Spacious kitchen with basic utilities. Bedroom was comfortable. Loved the big windows that allowed natural light into the kitchen, with a view of the famous church. Even got to see the aurora through these in May!

Perfect location and perfect for our stop over. Walking distance to the centre and attractions. Plenty of parking available. Apartment lovely.

The location was perfect for us, good neighbors and quiet at night, everything needed in a walking distance, the host was in good contact with me and i sensed that he really cared for us having a good stay, beyond expectations & i will stay with them again.

“Not very pleasant”

The property is a little dated. There is stench coming out of kitchen sink and bathroom basin. The toilet/bathroom is very small, with no curtain/blinds on window. Toilet flushing panel was broken. The clock in the kitchen does not working, most of the cooking pans won’t work in induction cooker either because it is too small or wrong material. The kettle keeps on boiling without stopping. Parking space is scarce along the road outside the house, I only managed to find a space 50 meter from the house.

Floors were very dirty, the toilet flush button was broken, the toilet size was very small, barely any facilities, bedsheets were dirty, no shampoo, hand-wash or showergel when we checked in,

Flat was nice and cozy, plenty of space, nicely furnished, clean and tidy. Great location, minutes away from down town.

Location was lovely. On street parking was very handy. Host was easy to contact if there had been any problem. Beds were very comfortable.

Really comfortable beds , nicely decorated and very clean . Close to one of the numbered bus stops , multiple grocery shops close by. . Friendly host who responded quickly.

The room was very clean and felt comfortable. All the basic kitchen utensils are available, good for families/groups to stay there.

The location was close to the center of the city, we walked while we could leave the car parked by the apartment. The free street parking saved us money which was important in Iceland but we also had a freedom not to run to a meter early in the morning which was a little inconvenient in the previous location where we stayed. The beds and bed linen were crispy and very comfortable. The nights were "white" but very restful.
