“Good place to stay if visiting Reykjavik.”
Good size room with plenty of space to store 2 suitcases. Comfortable bed and a wonderful view of Harpa. Good breakfast but coffee, other than pre-made from a large flask, was extra. Excellent position for the centre of Reykjavik, go on whale watching trips and eating out. Brilliant place for staying before a cruise from Reykjavik Harbour rather than the Cruise Terminal as it's a very short walk away.

This is the second time Ive stayed here, after getting off the ship. The location is wonderful, just opposite the Harpa Concert Hall. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and Reykjavik is great.

“Good location, let down by bathroom.”
Picked hotel mainly for location due to how close it is to Harpa and tour pickups along with downtown area being 2-5 min walk away. Staff were great at reception and had friendly talks with couple of them there even offered me coffee. Access to Spa with robe and footwear even though I didn't get time to visit spa. Decent Wifi speed and access. Breakfast was fairly as expected with amazing views of harbour, good selection of drink from bar. Hot water and heating had good fliters for sulfur smell which has been let down in previous hotels. Access to safe and fridge in room along with selection of hot drinks with refills, option for daily, every other day or no cleaning. Very safe location as expected for Iceland with easy access to bus and scooters for travels.

The beds are comfortable and location is as good as it gets. Perfect if youre mostly looking for a place to sleep and shower.

“Perfect stay!”
Friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Loved the Sky Bar for sharing platters and cocktails. Hotel was perfectly positioned for sightseeing.
