room was spotless and cosy. Everything was checked over before I arrived as sometimes they will clean the rooms but let them sit for a few days until someone uses it and then it collects dust.

Hotels is on a dual carriage way. The allocated room was smelt of damp and mould, but I was quickly offered another room which was above the dining room, so smelt of cooking in the morning. I had to ask for housekeeping service to change bedding and towels after 3 days. Only 1 bottle of free water was given for 2 guests. Staff apologised for this, but housekeeping continued to leave 1 bottle. Staff were really nice. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold foods. The hotel room was clean with comfortable beds. Plug socket near bedside cabinet was hanging off the wall and air con batteries were not working so room was realky cold initial night. This was fixed quickly. Overall I felt it was overpriced.
