Overview
Located at the foot of Ehrenberg Castle in Ehrenbichl, this 3-star boutique hotel is 2 km from Reutte. It offers a sauna and a steam bath. The Alpentherme Spa Centre is 2.5 km away, and the Hahnenkamm Hiking Area is 5 km away. The individually furnished rooms at Hotel Maximilian feature a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom with hairdryer. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine and Tyrolean specialities, as well as a large selection of Austrian wines. In summer, guests can dine in the garden. A varied and healthy breakfast buffet is available every morning. Free WiFi and complimentary private parking are available in the Hotel Maximilian. Guests can also play billiard and table tennis. Snow shoes, cross-country skiing equipment and bicycles can be rented on site. The Via Claudia and Lechtal cycling and hiking trails start right outside. We truly enjoyed our stay at Maximilian Austria Tirol and would happily recommend it to families. The hotel has a very warm, family-friendly atmosphere and a genuinely welcoming staff. Special thanks to Gabi, who took the time to explain which places are worth visiting in the area — her recommendations were extremely helpful and appreciated. Our room was clean, warm, and cozy — exactly what you want after a day out in the mountains. The restaurant deserves a special mention: delicious food and an excellent wine selection. Dining there was a real pleasure. Ping-pong, table football, and billiards made for a perfect family evening, and the spa area was simply fantastic — a great place to relax. Thank you for the care, attention, and hospitality. On our next visit to the region, we will definitely stay with you again.

Lovely family-run hotel, typical Tirolian style. Clean, nice, comfortable. The owner is very caring (thank you, Gaby). Descent restaurant menu, good Austrian winecard. The "big" town is 20 mins of nice walk or 10 mins on bicycle. I now definitively consider this place as one of my favorite hotels in Tirol.

A quiet, traditional, family-run hotel with an attentive and kind host who even helped us to avoid the worst of the traffic on our homeward journey. Its location is great if you love hiking (which we do) and our room was warm and comfortable with a fantastic shower!
