“Friendly and helpful staff, nice place, will be back!”
Nice rooms, had everything you need. Sauna and steam room were super nice after a day in the snow. Breakfast was tasty and they offered vegan options on request. They were really friendly and accomodating, felt cozy and comfortable there.

Although we asked a long time in advance if we could have dinner at the hotel, it was only a few days before that we were informed that the restaurant was closed on Wednesdays.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Evening 4 course set price menu food options were plenty and very good value. The food quality was superb. Breakfast options and room were extensive and beautiful. Big tea mugs!

“Classic Tirolean hotel with friendly staff”
My wife stayed here with my son and had a convenient overnight stay on the way to NL. The hotel is nicely decorated in classic alpine style, and the food in the restaurant was great. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming.

The location and the room. The location - it is so central to all the attractions. We find everything we want or need. So many supermarkets and shops nearby. The surroundings are very beautiful and we can have lovely walks by the Lech river which is just 5 minutes away. The town center is 15 minutes by foot. For my mom who mostly eat only Asia food, there's two Asian restaurants to choose from. There's also ice cream shops in the town. Everything is just very convinient. There's also a Drogeriemarkt nearby. Plansee is just 10-15 minutes drive away. The room - it is lovely decorated and spacious. We stayed as a family of four. The cleanliness is astounding! Our kids could crawl, roll, play Legos and lie down on the floor without any dirt stick on us. We stayed in a family room with a double decker bed for the boys. It's so lovely that it's placed in a separate room while the kids have access to us easily. The balcony view is wonderful.

Breakfast is not a lot of options but everything you need and the food is great. Views are fantastic! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Very good sauna. they also provide local activity card that provides discounts to a lot of local activities. Overall, amazing hotel, highly recommend it!

“Wish we could have stayed longer.”
The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations. It really felt like you were in a home. Breakfast was very good. Coffee machine had plenty of choices & your choice of freshly cooked eggs were available.

“Exceptional hospitality and comfort”
The hotel is exceptionally decorated, all tiny details and superb hospitality of the team make the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good, the dinner was very tasty. Plenty of parking place, chargers for electric cars are available. The sauna is available by request without extra charge.
