This long-established hotel, which has been owned by the same family for 400 years, is located in the heart of Reutte. Enjoy cordial Tyrolean hospitality at Hotel Goldener Hirsch, which successfully combines a traditional ambience with modern comfort. The hotel features cosy rooms, a lounge, a veranda and an Art Nouveau dining room. A wide range of Austrian and international dishes, some of which are prepared according to traditional recipes, is served in the restaurant. A well-assorted wine list is also available. Hotel Goldener Hirsch is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Bavarian royal castles of Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau and Linderhof.

Located centrally. Parking was free as the hotel owns the parking lot next door. Has an elevator.

“Good vintage hotel”
Good starting point to visit Füssen and close to nice hiking tours, still away from the crowded places and roads.. In the town centre, thus close to restaurants, ice shops. Room well isolated from outside noise. Good breakfast. The interiors are old style and well kept, very atmospheric. Restaurant is good and with reasonable prices. It is possible to store the bikes for 5€ per day and also to recharge e-bikes.

“Historic hotel”
Stayed on the way back from Italy. The hotel is on the main road and it was very noisy with young people driving up and down, wheel spinning etc. Rooms are comfy, clean and basic. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. An old hotel with character and lots of history. The cleaner was very friendly even though she didn’t speak much English and the receptionist on leaving was friendly
