This is Studio Flat. It doesn’t have separate bedroom or lounge - it is all in one room. If I would have known it is studio than I wouldn’t rent it as no privacy when everybody in one small space. Area and town are nice

“Conveniently located, clean, functional and comfortable stay.”
Basic but clean, warm, well located within good reach of university and town centre - less than 10 mins by car, around 15mins by foot, with free parking right outside. Few minutes walk to supermarket or bakery. Nice to have a balcony. Very nice, quiet area.

Excellent location, clean & easy walking distance to the town center saving on parking charges. Around, a 4-minute walk to a beautiful park. The veranda was a bonus.

“Quiet area”
very quiet area, close to the center, there is a supermarket nearby. the owner is quick to respond to messages. it has a coffee machine with delicious coffee. the room has good facilities and you stay comfortably. I totally recommend it.
