“I Would stay here again in a heart beat…”

We booked here as it was closest on our route, what a surprise, it’s right on road so summer if windows are open could be noisy then again it’s not a week long holiday spot The owners were lovely and welcoming, room was clean and has coffee machine as well as beautiful views… Breakfast was what is needed, no grand it it all buffet, orange juice, nice croissants, few bread rolls with cold meat and boiled egg and sandwich bags to make food for the road,

Fantastic staff and service, good food and breakfast and really good prices considering the very good standard. Also easy to access and parking just outside with overview over the parking lot. We can really recommend this place.

Large room with lounge, super clean facilities. secure motorcycle parking, the 2 sister owners were very hospitable, and cook up some nice food. Nothing to much trouble, will stay here again when travelling through Europe.

“Probably one of the best options you will come across”

We have over the years, driving down Europe from Scandinavia and back, stayed overnight many times in different parts of Germany. This was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had. The ladies in charge of the Gasthaus were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, offering an excellent service. Coffee/tea-making facilties in the room is something we really appreciate. We hd a ,lovely dinner, my wife enjoying the year's first asparagus. After dinner a nice walk in the forest along a track suggested to us. The breakfast wonderful. This is definitely a place we hope to re-visit. It is conveniently located just off the motorway in a beautiful isolated spot, but has everything you need.

We had a very good dinner and an excellent breakfast at their cozy and so nicely decorated restaurant. The two hostesses were welcoming and very friendly. Our dog was also welcome, was allowed to sit with us next to the table, and even received a welcome treat. In the room everything was good quality and functioning well, especially the beds were very good.

“A great stay at a sensible price point.”

The owners/staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was treated more like a friend rather that a guest. I was late arriving however I was sorted out with a bowl of the tastiest, warming, beef stew that I have ever had along with some bread, cheese and ham. Also a couple of beers.... Spacious clean room complete with coffee machine. Very comfy bed.

Lovely well run typical Gasthaus in a great location for touring the region. Owners are absolutely brilliant. Nice breakfast.

Nice ladies run this restaurant/hotel. Good food, especially the dinner. Room is clean, simple, but a good stay. Location next to road (for driving to location)

The sisters who runs this place makes you feel at home. Close to the main road and surrounded by beautiful nature.

Was made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, was on motorcycles and was told we could put them where they would be out of sight. Kitchen should have been closed but opened up and done are meal , the hosts are so friendly and couldn't do enough would highly recommend.
