Bed not comfortable..would have preferred a lower floor..café/bar not open late enough in the evening..not enough electric plug ins...would have preferred a walk in shower..

“Excellent staff”
The facilities, and reception staff were excellent. Good sized room, everything was in order with comfy bed/mattress.

“Clean with friendly/helpful staff and good location.”
Excellent. 15 minute walk from train station. 5-10 minutes walk to bus station. Close to centre and all amenities (couple of minutes walk). We had a day out to Salou. Reception really helpful on all occasions. Clean and tidy rooms and hotel. We didn’t have breakfast but were offered. Also offered a deal with the cafe next door which looked good but we didn’t have due to travel timings. Lots of bars, cafes and shops all close by. Hotel also provided a map which was useful for the sights we wanted to see.

“Good location”
- location -good water pressure and hot shower - working air-conditioning -blackout curtains - the size of the hotel room - ladies at the reception: one of them helped me and ordered a taxi after I had already checked out and left the hotel, so it wasn't even her duty, but she did help, I appreciate it

“Excellent value for money!”
In Reus city centre, so excellent location. Close to the train&bus station for easy travel to nearby Salou or further afield to Barcelona. Great value for money, with staff that were kind and helpful. Clean and tidy, with excellent amenities such as a free luggage storage.
