“Convenient location for the nature park. Fairly clean but customer service could be better.”
I booked la Venta de Arriero so we could stay near the Parque de Carabaneros and go for a walk. We were there for one night - someone had been told to meet us and give us keys. The Hostal was a little gloomy and there was no-one there - either other visitors or staff. We couldn't have breakfast there so were told to go to a local bar instead. For a nights sleep it was fine and there were maps of the area to help us decide where to go. We arranged to meet someone there so we could get our ID documents back and pay for the room. The town is small and sleepy with one bar. A 10 km drive to the Navas de Estena route through the park.
