We had a lovely stay at White Swan. The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was big and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The shower was very powerful. Lovely balcony for having breakfast. The beach was nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants.

“A wonderful stay!”

Oh my word. I don’t think I’ve been to a better hotel. Forget about how beautiful the hotel and the rooms are (we’ll talk about it later), but the host and staff are just the perfect embodiment of a family-run business. Everything was so personalised, all customers are treated so kindly and attentively. The owner is one the nicest guys I’ve met - he gave me a local delivery on arrival and later that night his daughter gave me a bottle of olive oil from their farm! Maria who first checked me in was so lovely and polite, checking constantly if there was anything she could help. The same attitude applies to the rest of the staff too! Now onto the rooms! It’s so cozy, spacious, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! The beds are so comfortable and I had a perfect night sleep. The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and within a short walk to the old town. Parking is a little tricky though - I had no issue finding one (purely by luck) but you’d have to be at the right place at the right time. I was so gutted that I didn’t stay longer!

“Comfortable stay in the heart of Rethymno”

Good location of a hotel with free parking close by. Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of recommendations nearby. Room was clean and relatively spacious, was missing a table to eat at though.

Please see my other review for the same hotel. I forgot to add that it is about 100 meters from a supermarket, 200 meters from a beach and about a 20 min walk from the Venetian harbour/fortress along a lovely waterfront walk.

“The most delicious and exciting stay in rythomno.”

The property is spotlessly clean. The location is convenient and the staff is super responsive. The water and rakia provided upon arrival is priceless. I wish I could name ever person on the staff by name to thank them but I just remember the name Dora. But everyone was ultra helpful. The communication responses took less than a few minutes, which is unheard of for Greece (for anyone who has been here). The AC worked extremely well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was up to the task.

White Swan Hotel is the best accommodation we’ve stayed in Rethymnon and this is our third vacation in this town. We had the most comfortable, welcoming and relaxing stay here. And this is thanks to the lovely ladies at the reception desk who were so friendly and genuine caring and kind to us. The room we stayed in was spacious, with lots of natural light, modern and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The room was cleaned daily and the building was in very good condition and well looked after. We felt very safe staying here. Location wise… excellent place. Close to the beach,to all the shops, supermarkets, coffeeshops and we loved the local bakery for fresh bread and pastries in the morning. We will definitely consider coming back to White Swan in future and recommend it to everybody who wants to visit Rethymnon .

Excellent accommodation in a superb location, very close to the beach, shops supermarkets and Restaurants. A short walk to the venetian harbour and old town. Immaculately clean and wonderful staff providing great customer service in this family run apartment/suite accommodation.

Dora , Mary and the family team are wonderful . So welcoming and helpful . The apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. You can walk to the old town in 15-20 minutes and the beach is a few minutes walk away .

“Good option for a few days stay in Rethymnon”

Nice and clean apartment located 5 minute walk from the main promenade along the Rethymnon beach. The entire building comprises similar apartments and there is reception during the day (until 10.00 pm), which is very convenient. The small rooftop pool and garden are a nice bonus. The old town is 15-20 minutes away by foot.

Great location close to the beach and a short walk in to the harbour and the old town. The staff are wonderful - always so pleasant and helpful! The apartment was cleaned every day.

Excellent hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great location just a couple of mins walk from the beach, and not far to walk from the old town. Close to water sports. The jacuzzi is a very nice way to cool off on a hot day!

Perfect Hotel, it is being run by a lovely family and they were amazing! Gave us tips for good local restaurants, good beaches, the room was cleaned up daily. They even organized for us Rent a car to wait for us on the airport! All together perfect, we will definitely come back again!
