“Perfect city break”

If you’re looking for amazing accommodations and an exceptional host, this is absolutely the place to stay! The photos are exactly what you get, but somehow the experience is even better in person. I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with Vasilis, our host. He greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the property, and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we opened the door, the place felt warm, welcoming, and inviting. He even treated us to some of his grandfather’s homemade raki along with locally made honey, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property was spotless and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The hot tub was fantastic — always the perfect temperature after long days of walking and exploring. Vasilis checked in regularly to make sure it was clean and properly maintained, which we really appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept great every night. There’s also a washer on site that worked perfectly, which was very convenient during our trip. The location couldn’t be better. You’re just steps away from a small local market (Market22), and only a short walk from the 7 Days grocery store where you can find anything you might need. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful. The rooftop views were absolutely stunning, and the property is so close to the fortress and only steps from the coast, making it ideal for exploring the area. And if you get the chance, be sure to visit the VaSan clothing store. Beautiful dresses! 😉 I was so sad to leave this piece of paradise but so thankful to have been able to experience it! “Wonderful time in Rethymno”

Had a wonderful two night stay at VaSan Suite. The place is exactly like the photos. Clean and modern. The private jacuzzi was the highlight, perfect for relaxing. Location couldn’t be better, right in the town but still quiet at night. Easy walk to everything. Host was super friendly and easy to reach. The check-in was smooth. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Would happily stay here again.

The property is in an fantastic location on a beautiful quiet street in the centre of Rethymno old town. The house is very well set up with excellent facilities and fully equipped with everything you can think that you might need. The hot tub and outdoor shower is a fabulous addition to the outdoor space which made for very relaxing evenings. The house is small but perfectly formed with great outdoor living space and comfortable and thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Vasilis is an excellent host...his communication about the booking was very timely, and he answered all our questions. The check in and check out was very smooth and Vasilis takes time to come and meet guests. He left thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much Vasilis for an excellent stay!

The location was perfect and within the accomodation we had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and was there to welcome us and show around the property. There is a parking nearby, with a barrier to keep your car safe, if you travel by car. The place is right in the heart of Rethymno, very close to restaurants, which the owner also recommended. The hot tub is lush and the roof terrace is great if you fancy enjoying a glass of wine while watching the stars. We would definitely return.

We stayed for two nights at the Vasan Suite and felt completely at home. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, everything was spotless and tidy. One highlight was the heated whirlpool – perfect for relaxing. The windows are soundproof, and the entire place is air-conditioned, which made our stay very comfortable. Our host, Vasilis, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easygoing – check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. You can tell that great attention is paid to every detail. A special thanks to Vasilis, who even let us use his personal luggage scale to weigh our suitcases before departure – such a thoughtful gesture and great service! A free private parking space is also available just a 2-minute walk from the house – very convenient if you’re traveling by car. We would definitely come back again!

“Calm, lovely stay”

Great place in the middle of the old town. Lovely terrace on the rooftop, great clean jacuzzi, two toilets was a plus. Two bedrooms and a possibility to make the third bed downstairs from a sofa that we did not use. Overall a lovely experience.

Vasilis was very helpful and communicated with us before arrival. We were provided with access to a private parking area with barrier controlled access for the duration of our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable the hot tub was fantastic and very clean. The apartment is in the old town with easy access to the beautiful streets and the many restaurants. I highly recommend this accommodation - we stayed as a family of 4 and it was ideal.

“Homely, nicel decorated,, close to everything and amazing host!”

A compact little space but it has all the facilities you might need, with extra touches like blankets for colder nights and the outdoor space with hot tub is totally private and amazing! We ate all our meals there. Right in the heart of the old town so all the sights were within walking distance too. The host was the cherry on top, he was responsive, helpful and very friendly, had food waiting for us when we arrived and couldn’t do enough to help us out! I’d happily stay again and tell anyone to visit!

The owner organised a taxi to pick us up and due to a delayed flight and late arrival. He provided food for us when we arrived and other welcoming treats like homemade honey. The location was great - located in the old town and near the beach. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition and the property had several balconies to chill out in. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend.

“Living the Cretan dream”

This stunning townhouse is on a quiet, relaxed street but just minutes from the centre of the old town. Location is faultless. The property is well equipped and finished to the highest standard. There are plenty of balconies and a roof terrace to soak up the sun, as well as a garden area complete with hot tub. Loved staying here - will be back.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Rethymno and VaSan suite. The house was perfect for our needs, very good standard, big enough for a family of four, a lovely backyard with a jacuzzi and such a nice haust who made sure we were having a wonderful time and were there for our disposal. We arrived late at night and the haust met us with a home made Greek meal and a bottle of wine at the house. It was such a treat! The house was located in the quiet part of old time but just a few steps away from the shops and restaurants.
