The rooms were wonderful, with beautiful views, spotless cleanliness, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, right next to a taxi stand, which is incredibly convenient, especially during the busy summer months in Crete. However, what made this stay truly unforgettable was not the accommodation itself, but the people. I am a 25-year-old student from Thessaloniki studying in Rethymno. During my stay, I injured my lower back quite badly and found myself in severe pain, struggling even to walk. As soon as they realized what had happened and understood the pressure I was under because of my exam period, they immediately stepped in to help. Michalis, in particular, went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. At one point, he literally supported and carried me so I could move around. When he saw me crying from the pain and stress, he even offered to drive me to my university so I would not miss an important exam-period class. Mrs. Eleni (I apologize if I have remembered the name incorrectly) was equally kind and caring throughout the entire experience. Without me even asking, they moved me to another room so I would not have to deal with stairs, and they did so at no extra cost. Not only that, but because I was in so much pain, they packed and transferred all of my belongings and luggage to the new room themselves. They provided me with medication, checked on me several times a day, and constantly made sure I was okay, knowing that I was traveling and staying alone. This was not just hospitality. These were people who made me feel like family during one of the most difficult moments of my life. Their kindness made me feel safe, supported, and far less afraid while I was dealing with the injury on my own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for everything you did for me. When I return, I hope I can find some way to repay your kindness.

“A quiet place perfect to visit Rethymno and enjoy the sea”

The flat is at the end of a big boulevard so it is far away from the crowd. You can have a sea view with a quiet place. It is perfect to go swimming and to visit Rethymno. Little advice if you don't want to walk 3km to reach the city: take an electronic scooter available just in front of the flat, it is an amazing experience to enjoy the seaside!

We loved the location just as it is said beach beachfront. We were there only for 2nights, I mean whole day we were roaming and coming back only at night time so it was quiet but maybe in the daytime it is a bit noisy as there is car parking in front of the apartment. Just for one or two nights it's okay as the room is very small. The owner was the best, very friendly and advised us where to eat and to relax etc and that was one of the best meals we have eaten in Crete for a very good price. Loved the balcony nice to enjoy the night with a glass of wine 🍷 and enjoy the sound of the sea.

Best stay during our week in Crete! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The area is lovely and peaceful, though it’s about a 40-minute walk to the city center. Parking nearby was fairly easy. We especially loved the terrace – perfect for relaxing. We wish we had stayed longer!
