Everything was amazing! The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and friendly - truly wonderful people. I arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, but they kindly let me in almost right away, which I really appreciated. The room was cleaned daily, and from the balcony we had a stunning sea view with beautiful sunsets every evening. There’s also a nice pool. The only small thing to note is that without your own transport it takes around 30 minutes to get to the center (since public transport doesn’t go directly there), but this wasn’t an issue for us. A big advantage is that the beach is within walking distance. Thank you, Rethymno Hills, for such a great stay! 🌅

“Breathtaking view and top-notch hospitality”
I had the pleasure of staying at Rethymno Hills for 8 nights, in 2 types of rooms. Both rooms were well-equipped (if something was missing, the owner was helpful and took care of it right away). The cleaning staff is thorough, the rooms were spotless. Both rooms I stayed in has sea- view which was breathtaking, and also that side of the hotel faces North, the sun doesn't reach those rooms. So in September the AC was not needed at all, however the wet clothes and towels dried slower on the balcony. Since the hotel is situated on the top of the hill, it is very quiet, which I loved. The rooms are well insulated, I couldn't hear the neighbours. It is a family- run hotel, and the owners are very friendly and helpful and will do their best to make your stay the best possible. I highly recommend Rethymno Hills.

The staff was very responsive and friendly. The room was spacious. A quiet and peaceful place. A good starting point if you plan to spend most of your time traveling outside the city.

“Nicle butique hotel”
The room was comfortable, cleaning service included. In the kitchen there was everything needed to prepare own food (there was salt, papper, some herbs as well, new frying pan, good knife, all the necessary equipment ). The parking space was sufficient for our small rental car. In the night it was quiet. Swimming pool was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
