We loved the 2 floors with the kitchen upstairs. The balcony.allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the city in the evening.

“Comfortable stay.”
Very central, close to a free parking lot, close to good restaurants (really recommend Castelo restaurant), a bed that is not too hard (unlike some other hotels around), flexible check out times and friendly staff. Comfortable and above expectations.

“Place to be in Rethymno”
A place to be in Rethymno! The suites are fantastic and very individually and unique. Second time staying at Neratze Hammam and I can highly recommend it. Even in the center of the old town, it‘s a quite place and you can enjoy and relax. Everything you need is in walking distance. I will definitively come back!

We were lucky to stay in the fabulous room with a two terraces and a Hamman. The room was superb, great location and the staff really helpful and kind. I can't fault the stay.

Amazing room with a unique history - the hammam is actually an old restored hammam (renovated and in working order). The rooms very very tastefully renovated. The location was great. We very much enjoyed our stay.

“Perfect place to stay at old town”
A perfect place to stay at the center of the old Town. The room was spotless and on very good location. The host was very friendly and helpful from the first time we arrived. Also, the apartment had a very nice rooftop with an incredible view of the old town. I high recommend this place for staying and explore the area.
