“Fantastic hotel if you don’t need the internet.”

The room was large and well maintained. They had separate areas for toddlers with their own swimming pool, a large pool out the back (open to all) and sections of sun beds one level up from the pool for adults only. I normally hate the included breakfast buffet with loads of elbows out residents jostling for food, but it was calmer and well laid out. Staff were fantastic too.

Location is great. 5 minute walk to the beach. 25 minute walk to old town. Lovely having a pool onsite for the extreme hot days

The Minos hotel is a good stay in Rethymno. It has all the facilities for families. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, it was large and lovely.

Our room was amazing, clean, comfortable, modern, spacious. Loved it. The stuff was super polite, accomodating, proactive, helpful probably the best reception we have ever met. The kids pool area - mini slides were nice to have :) The magician show was a hit with the kids.

Good location, 2 minutes from shops and the beach. Decent swimming pool. Apartment was large and very clean. Massive chessboard was fun. Plenty of games scattered around for kids.

Lovely clean hotel with the room serviced every day with clean towels, and bed made etc. The breakfast had a vast choice with something for everyone. The pool was also good with ample sunbeds.

Only stayed 2 nights as moving elsewhere on the island but could happily have stayed longer

Awsum Location / beautifully newly built apartments and so spacious. Fantastic amenities, beautiful airy spacious common areas. Fantastic location directly opposite the main beach.

There room I stayed in was in a newer building, I was large enough and clean. Good breakfast. Nice hotel staff.

Very nice hotel very close to the beach (2 mins) and to the centre of Rethymno (old port). The staff did their best to make our holiday beautiful. Special thanks to Amelia in restaurant and to the ladies in reception! We stayed in the new building. The room was beautiful, spacious with big terrace. Good aircondition, kitchen, welcome drink and snacks. Breakfast and dinner were 5*. Pool area is very nice, and you can also spend your time in game room or in the gym.

Children's play room was very good however it was not enough ready yet. Children pool also was wonderful. Room cleaning was perfect. In the hotel was a doctor who helped a lot when our daughter got sick In the middle of night.

The location although at first getting to our rooms in another building was complicated. Hafiz was a great help with our luggage. The food in the dining room was excellent. And Kyriakou made us - just as he did everyone else feel so personally welcome.
