Overview
Merely 200 meters from both the beach and the old town, Hotel Liberty in Rethymnon’s centre offers soundproofed rooms with anatomic beds, a pool and a large breakfast hall. Liberty has comfortably equipped rooms with internet access, air conditioning and heating, refrigerator and TV with satellite and cable channels. Guests can start their day with a buffet breakfast. The main bar is situated in the spacious lobby and the breakfast room and the cafeteria are on the mezzanine. Two conferences rooms are available for 20 and 50 persons respectively. Liberty is conveniently situated for transport, shopping and sightseeing. Guests can benefit from the free parking available in front of the hotel.

“Friendly people, clean hotel and good location”
People here are really friendly. The place is modest, but its location is good, close to the beach, close to the supermakert, pharmacy. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelet with zucchini and some other varieties of it, sausages, cheese, salami, Nutella, different kind of gems, fruits and pastries. I cannot complain about the food at all, the lady from the kitchen is so nice and always smiling. The air conditioner was good and was included in the price of the room. Although the street gets noisy, the balcony door keeps the room quiet. They even have a clothes rack on the balcony, I liked that.

Nice small hotel, close to city center. We had room for 3, it was big enough and had very nice balcony. Stuff was nice and helpful, room cleaned every day. Breakfast was typical for 3* hotel, fresh and tasty but same every day. Hotel has small swimming pool but we didn’t use it. Would recommend it!

“Excellent!”
The room exceed our expectations. The service was excellent, the cleaning staff was friendly, as the rest of the staff. The pool was lovely. The room had a kettle and some coffee available.

Breakfast OK,there is what to eat! Location is great and the staff very polite and helpful. Wifi worked in the room,didnt work up in the dining room. I coud go again.

If you want something cheap, walking distance to town this is the place. Amenities not so great, quite old. Owner bad customer service. Not overly impressed with the service.

Very friendly staff, clean and big room, nice enclosed small pool. The terrace for breakfast was very pleasant and buffet for all tastes. Someone at the desk 24/7 was appreciated.
