Located right on the white sandy beach of Rethymno, the 4-star Grecotel Plaza Beach House features 2 freshwater pools, a children's pool and a spa centre with indoor pool. A sea-view restaurant and a poolside bar are also available on site. Free WiFi access is provided in the public areas. “Lovely beach-front hotel with exceptional service on a sandy beach just enough away from it all.”
Great location: Right on a great stretch of beach away from the main throng of tourists and bars. Amazing service: professional; friendly; precise. Spacious room, always clean and easy to air and chill with very comfortable bed and sofa-bed. Breakfast area the perfect setting for an exceptional spread. Adults only section on the beach was a very welcome surprise for enjoying the beach and drinks/ snacks.

“Amazing experience, would love to come back”
The location was perfect. The staff were amazing and very kind for everything we would need. The kids loved the pools. The beach was amazing. The kids club was nice, it could have had bigger program, at least mini disko, but the lady there was soo nice.Theo from the restaurant was also so nice and warm. We had a birthday and they arranged a cake for us. The rooms were ok, everything you need. Clean towels all the time for inside and for the beach. Overall we hade a great time and would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you

The staff at Grecotel Plaza Beach House were exceptionally polite and helpful — from the reception desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. We asked for an iron, and they immediately brought us an iron and ironing board.

It felt like arriving in paradise ! Welcoming staff. Beautiful clean aromatic reception and facilities! All facilities were well maintained . Gardens were amazing. The staff was caring considerate and absolutely amazing!

The staff really make an effort with the guests, they're a testament to the hotel. Location, nice clean beach. Adult pool is lovely. Very very clean grounds, restaurant and rooms. Rooms decent size. Breakfast was vast and excellent quality. There is a room you can use to shower after checkout, a nice touch to end your trip if you've got a late flight or ferry.

“Great value for a luxurious stay”
Super comfortable and clean - maybe a little dated, but appreciated the divide between adults-only areas and family friendly spaces, and the range of accommodation types available. Breakfast was a totally acceptable spread, and a lovely beach with lifeguards, lots of loungers and umbrellas is only a few steps away.
