“Amazing!”

Excellent location. Reception lady was just fantastic. Where do i start. She was so kind , pleasant, helpful & made our stay. We lost a valuable item down the balcony and she assisted in finding it. She gave great recommendations for places to eat & is an employee every hotel would be lucky to have.

Everything: the location, very close to the beach, the staff was very friendly and helped us with information and ordering a taxi for us. The breakfast was very tasty, plenty of options, the sandwiches were 10/10. We highly recommend it.

“Stay here for the customer service and beach alone!”

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We had a small problem when we arrived and the team went out of their way to rectify it. We were also there over my birthday (which they didn't know) but must have seen my birthday card and the manager organised for a bottle of wine to be put in our room. The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to a supermarket, a 2 minute walk to the beach with two fantastic cafes, one The Breeze because of staying here allowed us to use their sun beds for free and bonus the food and drinks were superb and very good price. The location being 25 minutes walk into the heart of the old town (for us walkers) was perfect because it meant the beach was very quiet and allowed for lovely walks. If you are not a walker there was a bus or £7 taxi into the centre. The facilities were great including on our final day being able to use their towels and showers to freshen up before our flight home. This place is a real bonus and can see they are working hard to upkeep it. Excellent value for money.

Spacious and clean rooms, air conditioning and good facilities. Staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly.

Great size of the apartment, quite spacious. Big balconely. Basic, but sufficient kitchen equipmrnt and utensils. Small, but nice pool area. Very nice and helpful Team :). My only problem was that the windows and balcony were facing a very loud street. I will gladly stay there again, will just ask for a room/apartment that is not facing the main street.

“Optimal price/quality for one night”

Good communication with the host, clean rooms, good beds.

Property is clean, they make beds, change sheets and towels regularly. Rooms are big with nice balconies and plenty of space for storing stuff. Bathroom-clean and spacious! Breakfast is good, classical and fresh everyday.

“A lovely stay, great location, best of both worlds”

We loved our stay at the Eltina hotel. It was great value and the location was ideal for us. We had the best of both worlds by being a close to the beach, and also in walkable distance of the old town. The price of the room per night was excellent. I’m not a great sleeper but the beds here were comfortable and the street was quiet so I slept well. The pool is a good size, bigger than many in the area, but also tended to be quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and kept our room very clean. We really enjoyed breakfast and the flexibility of being able to choose which days we wanted it. There is a supermarket right next door to the hotel where you can get everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and I strongly recommend to those on a budget, who want to be close to the beach, old town and have a nice pool.

Location was nice, right next to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Spatious rooms.

Hotel was nice and clean. A very good beach is 5 min away from the hotel. The supermarket is next door . Some rooms have a kitchen appliance with cuttlery. They have a few parking spaces but there is space on the streets.

“Fabulous Hotel”

Lovely hotel about a 20 min walk from Old Town Rethymon, the ladies on breakfast in the morning were so friendly breakfast was nice and the beautiful homemade cakes from the lovely lady there. The most comfortable beds and pillows we slept on.

The food was great. Also the staff and the personal came everyday to clean and arange the house. Very nice. Near everything you want, supermarket, beach, center.

Exceptional value for money. Spacious living area with kitchen facilities. Modern bathroom. Fabulous breakfast with a range of foods. Staff were very welcoming and experienced. There was a small crack in the toilet seat which was fixed straight away after reception was informed. Close proximity to the beach and a nice walk away from the old port.

Very nice location, next to the beach, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very tasty. We loved the different pastries :) We would return to Eltina hotel when we are in Rethymno again!

“Clean modern hotel 5 min walk to the beach”

We liked that it was clean modern, 5 min walk to the beach. We had a late check-out no cost. Breakfast is ok for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is run by wonderful people who helped make our stay perfect in every way. It was very well-suited for our needs as a family, the price was good, and the location was excellent.. just steps away from the beach and with a supermarket next door and parking available. We highly recommend it!

“Good stay in Rethymno”

Our room was big and spacious, with a really comfy bed and shower. We enjoyed a quick dip in the swimming pool when the sun was still facing that area. There was plenty of space to park outside, which was convenient. As others have mentioned, the hotel isn’t right in the center, but we actually enjoyed the walk along the promenade to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good mix of warm and cold dishes, both savoury and sweet, so there was plenty to choose from.

Everything was perfect, the stay was delightful. The staff provided amazing services and were fast to fulfil our wishes, like an extra breakfast option for a vegetarian, which they provided with no additional costs, all with a smile and understanding on their faces. They were also fast to fix small issues in our room, like, for example, a blocked drain. The staff was also incredibly friendly and sweet. The room itself was renovated with amazing, comfortable beds, which were one of the best hotel beds we slept on. The air conditioner worked just the way we needed and wanted, the balcony was spacious with a small hanger for wet clothes as well as a table with two chairs. The room was also soundproof, which was a huge plus, with the only exception being the door. Cleaning services have been to our room daily - they have done general cleaning every other day, and smaller cleaning every day, which was great. When it comes to the location of the hotel, we have found it very good. It is very close to a beach, and offers a nice walking option to the city centre. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket with good prices and very nice cashiers, too. The hotel also has a very limited parking space right next to it, but you can also park on the street from the back of it, which allows more options for it. We would definitely recommend this hotel, or even come back again, if we had the chance.
