“Perfect relaxing stay”

Upon arrival the staff were super welcoming and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. We had the king suite (titanium) which had an outdoor hot tub and fantastic views of the beach. Lots of space in the room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good and lots to choose from the menu as well as buffet style available. We only ate once for lunch in the restaurant (magma) and we had sushi. The sushi was outstanding and some of the best we have ever had. There are also lots of good restaurants walking distance from the hotel. There are sunbeds and loungers on the beach which were comfortable and able to order from the bar which is great. We did yoga (free) which was a nice addition to the stay and also purchased a couples massage which was excellent. Overall our stay was perfect and would definitely come again.

I have visited a number of 5 star hotels in Scandinavia, Southern Europe and the US and this was maybe the best experience so far. All in all. The sunbeds was luxury, the food, snacks and drinks was superb and clearly affordable. The room, 80square m of luxury. The service before and during stay was personal, proactive and caring. We had two small kids and despite this not being a ”waterland or resort”, the kids had a fantastic time. We will return!!

“A one night stay in Rethymnon”

Excellent breakfast with a variety of local and continental options, great location and clean facilities! The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the harbour. A recommendation for the restaurant Nostos nearby! The beach front was beautiful and even tho the hotel was by the road, you could not hear any traffic noice in the room. We did not have time to try the beach, but there were comfy looking sunbeds and complimentary sandwiches available privately to the hotel guests. A great one night stay during our trip to Crete <3

Excellent well presented, recently refurbished hotel; with professional, courteous and friendly staff. Room with a sea view, jacuzzi and beach with parasol and sun loungers provided across the road. Chef provided wonderful food in the hotel restaurant and plenty available along the seafront on route to the Rethymno old town. The Hotel Manager (Aris) provided a family atmosphere with his staff. Highly recommended hotel to stay in Rethymno. Special thanks to: Aris Hotel Manager Chrysa and Vaso provided tentative approach to head of house at reception. Dimitris and Ioanna always courteous within the restaurant. Irene and Eugina wonderful house keeping. Cidrit great chef.

The breakfast was good and personalized, but we would have liked more fresh fruit and vegetables. The location is good and close to restaurants and the old town.

The large size of the suite and balcony, which had sun most of the day with fantastic views direct from the bed. Very comfortable and clean and good room service for breakfast.

An extra comment on staff, being a family run hotel/ suites the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and so friendly Breakfast was excellent choices and quality We had dinner on 4 nights and local restaurants on 3 nights I would recommend one of the KING rooms right on the front of the hotel, which has a large veranda thats half covered and opens on to a chest high glass partition on 3 sides with a small jacuzzi on the veranda Easy walking distance to the old town est. 1 mile The beach is across the local coast road with hotel owned large bean bags and loungers, 1 min walk. There is a sandy short depth beach Rethymnon has a lovely busy old town There is a Big Bus type 90 min city and local country tour, €12 for over 12 yrs

My stay at Dyo Suites last week was exceptional – stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
