Barbara Studios are housed in a 1600's Venetian building in the heart of the Old Town of Rethymno. They feature rooms, studios and apartments with free WiFi, just 50 metres away from the port. Barbara units are traditionally furnished and most of them have a kitchenette with fridge. Facilities include air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom. Some units also have a balcony overlooking the complex’s courtyard or a partially the sea. Within 300 metres, guests can reach the sandy beach of Rethymno, as well as the bus station. At 30 metres, there is a super market. The archaeological museum of Rethymno is a 3-minute walk away.

“Very charming place and a lovely host, definitely recommended”
Very charming accommodation and a really really lovely host. You can tell that the owners care about what they do. Iro met us at the door and handed us a booklet with lots of info for the area, tips for places to visit, eat and drink, and answered any other questions we had. Our room was beautifully decorated, mixing old traditional and modern architecture in a very tasteful way, just like pictured in the photos. Very spacious living area, all facilities were great. It's within walking distance from the KTEL bus station and the central areas to visit. All in all a great choice, definitely recommended.

“Beautiful Venetian building in the old city”
The beautiful room in the Venetian building made our stay memorable. Iro, our host, was very welcoming, and the location in the heart of the old city is excellent. We were able to easily find free parking near the sea, so the parking situation is quite acceptable too. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

Iro was a very nice host , friendly and knowledgeable. The location is the best , you are close to everything important. You are very close to the Fortressa, the old harbor , you are in the old town already with the restaurants and shops and you are not too far from the sand beach ( 1km )

The accommodation is centrally located in a small, quiet side street in the old town of Rethymno. The interior is very stylish, with beautiful antique objects and modern elements. There is also a roof terrace with an amazing view over the old town. The Communication with the host was easy and good. I felt very comfortable there and would come back again.
