We love our stay at Atrium. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful. It's just exceeded our expectations and it's a plus that our room got upgraded. Well definitely coming back. Hotel location is perfect. Near to the beach and restaurants. The hotel has bar and restaurant. Good breakfast and a good size og swimming pool. Definitely coming back.

“Very good hotel”

Wery good hotel close to the beach (200 meters away). We had normal room but got best room in hotel with jacuzzi. And all floor was ours. Air conditioning is very good. Also the pool is good size. Food is good but it lacking variety of different foods.

The hotel itself is average – nothing exceptional that would make you want to come back, no real “wow” effect. The positive rating goes mainly to the restaurant. The restaurant staff were very nice, attentive, and always ready to help. We had half board and were really satisfied with the food. The selection wasn’t huge like in big hotels, but for me the quality is better than quantity – and that’s what matters. Everything we tried was tasty, well-prepared, and there was always enough variety to choose from.

The hotel was very clean and perfectly located. Breakfast was excellent - there’s something for everyone. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We asked for a quiet room, and the hotel kindly fulfilled our request. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, with very cozy beds. The hotel has a calm, intimate atmosphere and a great pool with plenty of activities. We’ll definitely come back!

Fabulous pool area Good choice at breakfast

I was expecting more much quality for the money that me and my family paid for our rooms. The entrance of the hotel is luxury but the hotel is not. The hallway, the elevator and the rooms are old. The personal was a bit awkard. We had booked and paid 1 month before our double superior rooms and the lady at the reception said we have 2 single rooms. They sorted that out and gave us the double rooms. First night, they called my parents at 7 in the morning to tell them " Good morning ". They hanged up and reception called again so when I asked why this happened, they didn't know. They looked on their booking book and said my parents asked to be waked up by them at 7 which is not true, they mixed up the rooms I guess but no apologize received here. After this, the next day around 4 in the afternoon our phone called. I was in the shower and my husband was asleep after a day in the sun. They insisted to respond at their question which was " What time you leave tomorrow ". Really Atrium? Never in my life had a hotel call in my room ask me this. The check out is at 11 so I will be gone by 11 of course and anyway you'll have our keys back and you'll know we are left. Also, I have a video with my parents bathroom and they found lots of ants in there. The breakfast was average. Anyway, I would say that the only thing that I liked was the location very close to the beach but again, there's a lot of better hotels close to the beach there. I would't go back here. Very expensive and poor quality.

Great hotel in a perfect location: only few minutes walk from the beach and from old town. Nice, spacious and clean rooms, tasty food with plenty of options, very kind and professional staff, fun entertainment (especially the Greek night!). 100% recommended!!
