Location fantastic. Everything close by, beach, restaurants, shops, bakery, supermarket. Views amazing from the terrace and sun and shade all day. Comfortable bed, great air con, hairdryer brilliant, washing machine is a bonus. Highly recommend. Host Katerina was responsive and very helpful. Dont hesitate to book this wonderful apartment!

Apartment is cozy and comfortable, located almost in the historic center and also close to the sea, has an amazing terrace. Parking place is a great addition. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great location close to all the amenities in the city with a fantastic view from the large roof terrace over the harbour and out to sea. But far enough away from the loud club/bars to no be disturbed. Private parking was a boon as was the lift up to fourth floor. Apartment looks exactly as good as it looks in the photos.

Great location for Beach a short walk to the old town Also fantastic coffee show Yellow behind apartment along with bakery. The apartment is modern and clean and the main attraction is the terrace it’s so nice to have that space to relax in. Sun loungers have also just been added so that is a great touch.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The lovely big roof terrace created a real sense of space as well as overlooking an amazing view of the sea. The apartment was clean, very tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable too 😊💤 Our host Katerina was perfect. Unobtrusive though always extremely responsive if we ever needed her help or advice with anything. Thank you so much for everything Katerina. The location was perfect too. Just a skip and a jump to the sea front, very close to a great little super market that did an extremely good range of fresh fruit and veg, and very convenient for local restaurants too. A perfect stay all round.

The appartement was located in walking distance from the center of Rethymnon but the wonderful terrace with an amazing view of the sea, gave us the impression that we are out of the city, as we could take a deep breath and relax at the open air sofas and hammock. The appartment was ideally spacious for 2 persons but it could easily accommodate up to 4 persons. It was very clean and fully equipped, offering the possibility to preparare any type of meal. We were impressed by the top quality of the mattress and the modern stylish decoration, which made our stay even more pleasant. We would like to thank our host, Katerina, for arranging to meet us and give us the keys earlier on the arrival day, as we arrived to Rethymnon in the morning, and allow us to leave our luggage until the appartment was ready for us to check in. Finally, we really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and lovely place, which made us feel like home from the first moment. We would highly recommend it to any visitor, who woud not prefer to be limited in a sinlge room of a hotel. Unforgettable experience overall, above our expectations!

Katerina was the perfect host. Excellent communication throughout including a map reference to find the apartment easily. Small parking area at the rear, apartment is located on the fifth floor (the lift goes up to the fourth and you carry your luggage up a few stairs to your apartment). The apartment is spotless and a good size. The terrace is a dream with plenty of space to relax including a table and chairs for four people and a corner seating area for relaxing plus a hammock too. The apartment is well equipped and the bed was comfy. The shower is the two system kind (normal shower head and the rainforest type). The TV has lots of channels to choose from including a Netflix option. I would recommend anyone to stay here and many thanks to Katerina for being a great host (she lives in the building too so that's a plus point for me).
