“Glorious property, friendly and helpful owners on hand 24 hours and would recommend”

Loved the location and the place - comfortable and the owners were so friendly and helpful. The terrace glorious and nothing at all to complain about. Beds comfy and property in great condition and finished off well Masterpiece I will say one thing the property has a washing machine which is very handy and two terraces at the top of the property which helps when it is sunny also have sun beds You are right in the centre of everything but we heard nothing

“Beautiful apartment with great balconies”

Wow! What a beautiful apartment! Me and 4 friends stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The 3 different balconies were great, in particular the rooftop terrace which is a lovely space to have breakfast and a drink in the evening. The flat was very clean and very well equipped! It is decorated to a high standard. There was salt, pepper, herbs, oil and everything that you would need to cook a meal. The flat is well located in the old town, in a quiet street that feels in the centre of everything. It’s about 15 mins walk from the beach and there is a supermarket 2 mins away. The owner was lovely and has a shop just downstairs and is always happy to give recommendations. We would definitely come back and recommend to others!

“Vacation perfection!”

We loved everything about Anatoli Residence: from the impeccable cleanliness, the spacious bedrooms (with air con in each and beds to suit even the fussiest sleeper), the well equipped kitchen (there’s even a dish machine), two bathrooms with a washing machine in one and the three wonderful terasses/balconies to the friendliest, most helpful hosts Stelio and Efi for whom nothing is too much trouble. It is clear that the hosts have thought about all the possible practical needs their guests might have: there’s a drying rack, laundry baskets, washing detergent, ample selection of kitchenware, coffee, both a moka pot and a filter coffee machine, home-made olive oil, salt&spices… in short: the best selection we’ve ever encountered! The aparement is literally in the heart of the old town, just steps away from the hustle and bustle, but still quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect location for our family of 5, with ample room for our teenagers aged 12, 16 & 18. We will definetly come back next time we’re in Rethymno and highly recommed Anatoli Residence to everyone!

“Fantastic apartment in a great location”

We had a fantastic stay in Stelios and Efi's beautiful apartment. They are amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment's location is perfect, only a short walk to the heart of Rethymno and to the seafront. We will definitely be returning!

“Outstanding”

Rethymno Town is quieter than the two major towns in Crete and all the better for it. The town has regular tourist trips to the major sites in Crete and there is a direct bus service to the two major towns. This apartment is in the centre and has easy access to the town's highlights and town's excellent restaurants. The beaches are about 15-20 minutes walk but on the flat. The apartment is marvellous and we particularly enjoyed the balconies where we could enjoy sitting out in the late evening enjoying a drink and reading. The apartment is well equipped including the kitchen. A special mention to our hosts who have the shop next door and were always on hand with a friendly greeting, advice and to resolve any queries or issues.

Can’t speak highly enough of this property- everything about it was exceptional, made truly outstanding by the hosts who were there for anything and took pleasure in offering options for meals or things we should visit (all of which we took them up on and had some incredible meals as a result!!!). The property is in the heart of everything in beautiful Rethymno, has everything (including washing machine, dishwasher, air con, a huge terrace where we spent a lot of time … and everything else). Stelios and Efi, our lovely hosts, were so welcoming and friendly, ready to help at the drop of a hat, but balanced this with respect for our privacy when we went in and out. Beds comfortable, 3 terraces, 2 baths … really a great way to relax and explore Crete!!!

Very clean, almost new property with 3 balconies/terrace. Situated in the charming old town just a minute walk to shops and fabulous restaurants but just far enough out to be very quiet. Castle also a short walk. The sea for a ‘quick dip’ is only 5 minute walk with a bar for great views or the main beach is 10 minutes. Stelios and Efi are always there for advice and any guidance.

The location was top. In the middle of the old town but still very quiet. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. The flat was equipped with everything we needed and everything was very clean. The flat was one of the nicest I have stayed in and I can only recommend a stay there.

This is an exceptional property which even exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, newly renovated, high-spec and pristine! The hosts were so kind an attentive and gave us some really superb restaurant recommendations and also some travel tips. The location is stunning. The property has 3 terraces/balconies which we used for breakfast, lunch and to sit out on late into the evenings. All of the restaurants are within a 2 minute walk, as is the sea, and also the nearest large supermarket. The bakery is 30 seconds away! This is an amazing property in a fantastic town. We can't wait to go back!

Hidden gem just in the middle of old town ! soundproof big apartment with everything we needed. so convenient with the 2 terraces since you could choose the one with less sun and hear depending on time of the day . super clean and modern . the owners were above helpful ! so kind and service minded . so close to everything like supermarket parking coffees bakeries restaurants etc.
