“Total waste of time and money!”
There is no personal contact with the host. Everything is carried out via telephone. We arrived to find that we had to retrieve our keys from a key box by the front gate. We were given the code to use via telephone. This was during the hours of darkness with no light available. When we eventually gained entrance, we discovered our room was up 2 flights of narrow stairs. As we are both elderly, we are unable to climb stairs of that type. We telephoned the host to tell him that we had a problem and to ask if there was a ground floor room available. However, he seemed to have a problem understanding us and rung off. When that happened we had no choice but to find another hotel. At no time did the host make an appearance or make any effort to solve our problem. We eventually spent the night at Hotel Los Arcos. In view of these problems in need a full refund of the 79€ paid to Casa Cabo de Gata. How they have the nerve to charge that amount with no facilities or personal contact with the host, is beyond me. It is daylight robbery. I look forward to receiving your reply and my full refund.

To be fair, we were visiting friends for one night who were staying at a hotel on the beach therefore we didn't really use the facilities here. However it was clean, very comfortable bed and had a fridge and some cooking facilities as well as cutlery etc in the room. There was also a comfortable, communal lounge/sitting area as well as adequate parking.

Very nice view from the large and spacious terrace. The room is very compact, everything is in it, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. We only stayed for one night, so it was ok for us. Very nice looby and well-equipped. Hassle-free check in and out. Free outdoor parking. I recommend!!!!

Liked the location a short drive to the University, the parking, good Wi-Fi, the little kitchen, which was basic but had everything I needed, (though having my own travel kettle made it complete), the very welcoming member of staff who was very helpful. Thank you for allowing me to check in a little early, it helped me out immensely.

“great location, has everything you need for a comfortable stay”
Room was quite small but well equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and desk as well as a small kitchen area, shower room and toilet was good with plenty of hot water. I am research doing guided motorcycles tours and will defiantly consider use this place again.
