Spacious room, nice terrace/little garden. Staff were always cleaning outside.ideal for familys with kids withvthe water parks.

Quality of food and variety very poor Pool was lovely. And room very spacious.

Everything .fantastic hotel has everything you need and more.the food was exceptional ..the buffet everyday was different.

The staff were fine. The room and bed were comfortable. The shower was good . For the price the hotel was pretty good and convenient for a few bars and cafes.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff are amazing very friendly and very interactive with children.

Room was great, it had a fridge which was nice. we didn't go for breakfast, so unable to comment on this. The pool was good as well. The grandchildren loved the games played by the entertainment staff and there was plenty for them to eat as they are both Gluten and Diary intolerant, which was brilliant.

“Avoid at all costs”

Beds were fine, cleaner was very good. Most of the staff were kind and friendly.

Good location, fair price comparing the alternatives. Despite considerable waiting queues and moderate daily selection during overcrowded high season, the buffet offers a good quality foods which vary day to day.

Spacious and clean rooms with a decent size luggage storage and a fridge. Big pool with lots of sunbeds. Loads of fun activities to take part in. Close to the beach. We got lucky with a room with 2 balconies with a view over the golf club and towards the sea.

I loved most of things. The hotel staff are superb. Very friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit early and my room wasn't ready, so I was offered a free lunch. Even if it was me who was too early, and not the hotel staff who was late. Much appreciated. I had a room with an amazing view and a huge balcony. Room was basic, but exactly what I expected, and everything was OK. Very clean and comfy beds. A small fridge was available, which is a must do in my opinion. Food was great. Especially bread. Even with limited vegan options, there were plenty to chose from. And all the plant milks available for breakfast. Although it would be great if vegan food was marked. It would save the staff answering questions about animal ingredients. Coffee from the machine was good too, which was rather a nice surprise. Dining area super clean and the staff were making sure all was tiptop. I didn't use the swimming pool (I came purely for the quiet beach 😊), but it looked great, with super pretty sun umbrellas. I also much appreciated that the music by the pool wasn't too loud, so it was perfectly possible to enjoy a siesta in the room.

I was attending a music festival, so the hotel was in the perfect place to stay near it, far enough the music wasnt loud and allowed us to sleep and close enough to walk to the festival. Lots of bars and restaurants walwing distance.

“We had a relaxing time.”

The room we were allocated was excellent. The pool was very good, had a jacuzzi and slides for children and adults. The breakfast was quite good, the choice was OK. Lunch and dinner were the same. The restaurant needs a bit of organisation, as foods that you would expect to be side by side were not. What it must be like in high season we hate to think. The cleanliness of the public areas needed to be looked at as glasses etc were not cleared and tables were not clean.
