The rural house Casa Francisca is situated in the heart of the neighborhood of La Villa. This is a new construction, following the style of the historical houses, with all the modern comforts and services. Located in a quiet little village, the property is like a haven of peace ideal for rest and relaxation. It has furniture to enjoy the summer evenings, to dine, special for children. It has two facades that fall two different placetas, with balcony and windows with view to Plaza de La Villa.

“A wonderful stay, thank you Eva !”
First of all the location, its meters away from the main village square which has a few good restaurants and a great rural atmosphere. Free parking just outside if you come by car. Then, everything else ...the beautiful flowers at the entrance, the space inside the house, its all fantastic. A large living / dinning area with an all equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher / washing machine. A pellet wood burner in the living room, making the ground floor a very nice, warm and cozy area when the temperatures drop. A large TV in the living area, good WIFI. A large wet room on the ground floor. A good size double bedroom upstairs, with a large wardrobe and shutters, facing one of the pretty squares and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, again with shutters facing the same square. Wonderful pillows/duvets/bed sheets/towels provided. A 2nd shower room upstairs. The cleanliness of the house if wonderful, really feels and looks like new. Very quiet area, with just the sound of birds and church bells ! And not lastly, EVA, the host...what a wonderful person, lovely, friendly, helpful...even baked a pie for us and left a bottle of Cava in the fridge...thank you sooo much Eva, cant praise you enough !

“Lovely house and hostess”
The service provided by the owner, Eva, was absolutely perfect.The house was very very clean. Right in the middle of the Old Town of Requena. I couldn't fault it even if I tried. The house was nice and warm, the beds comfortable, and there was no noise at all.

“peaceful stay in lovely apartment in great location and plenty to do around - supported by a great host”
characterful property, spotlessly clean in brilliant location. our host was very helpful indeed and always responded very promptly. everything was relaxed and we felt very comfortable here. we would certainly stay here again. the property is in an ideal location to visit wineries in the region which is what we did and there are several local restaurants that we found excellent - taking our host’s advice. thank you so much for letting us stay in your house and the town.
