Nothing. The lady that was just learning at the front desk was nice but the gentleman was rude. He basically had a go at us for using booking.com and not their preferred booking provider.

we arrived 10pm at night，hotel told us our booking was canclled two days ago. l was even not get cancllation message. The hotel was overbooked. we discussed till 2am，they still wonot even let us to stay in their lobby. l have two kids with me. Unfortunately nearby area all hotels were fully booked. I have no choice，stayed in car till nedt morning 8:30am ，the hotel suppose to have emplyees to open lobby， the employee showed up 9:10am . What a terrible managerment the hotel had. l never had this terrible treatment ever had

It is a cheap dive off of I-5. The bed is pretty comfy.

After a 12-hour flight from Europe, we arrived at the hotel, only to be told that our booking had been canceled by the hotel due to overbooking. Somehow, they were unable to contact us or Booking.com to inform us in advance. Despite this, the full amount for our stay was charged. It’s been almost two months that I’ve been trying to get a refund — emailing, calling, and even visiting the hotel in person — with no success. I checked Google reviews and realized I’m not the only one; they do this regularly, and it’s nearly impossible to get your money back. I’m wondering if Booking.com is aware of this, because it seems like an ongoing scam that’s been operating for a while.

The ladies at reception were very nice and friendly and able to give us information about the area. We had an issue with the television and the staff were very helpful with trying to fix it. Although there wasn't housekeeping each day we could swap our towels out which was a nice bonus. The room was clean and roomy. While the location may not have been ideal as we didn't have our own transport there were options for food close by.

They were overbooked and sent us away. Others were also sent away. A month later we are still waiting for a refund. Had to take another hotel down the road. I DO NOT recommend this place be warned!

Hello, we request our money back from the inn. The personnel said that more rooms were sold than available and said to call booking for money return. We kindly request the money for the room and pre-payment to be returned back.
