No, they cancelled my room because of overbooking in a last moment. They didn’t answer my e-mails and didn’t help me to find another hotel.

I made a reservation and was there at 6 o’clock, but there was no one there. There was a note saying that the gas station is responsible. I went there, and they also said the hotel is full and that my name is not in the system. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this hotel.

“Absolutely horrible experience, hotel room was ok everything else wasn’t”
I arrived in the evening and the “24 hour reception” was closed and I had to walk down the hill to the shell petrol station to collect the key. The petrol station attendant couldn’t have been more rude and yelled at me repeatedly because I didn’t know any German and she didn’t speak English. The entrance to the hotel was horrific and my car was approached by sketchy looking people asking for a lift to “southern France”. Please avoid this hotel

“Comfy mattress and AC”
The AC worked very well! Access to a nice walk around the lake in the trees. Easy motorway access and parking. Mattresses very comfortable.
